How we collect information
The Lavender Rooms only collects information about you that you have given us voluntarily in person, over the telephone or from information received if you make an appointment via email or our website.
Our website uses “Cookies” to improve your user experience, a cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user’s computer by the user’s web browser while the user is browsing, which remembers information you have provide to improve customer connivence whilst using the website. However, you can control whether your web browser can save information about you by amending your browser settings.

If you make an appointment, purchase a product or gift voucher we collect some or all of the following:
• Email address
• Postal address
• Telephone number
We use this information to confirm or change any appointments that you may have at The Lavender Rooms.

We do not share personal information outside the business.

We ensure your information is secure and looked after in accordance with best practice.
If you decide you no longer want The Lavender Rooms to contact you email email@example.com or call 01481258882 and your data will be deleted from our system.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.
Where we have relied on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Under the The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you may request details of personal information which we hold about you or request that we update the details that we hold about you.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, or if you wish for us to delete that information please email us as soon as possible, at the below email address. We will promptly action any requests to our best ability.
